Nancy Oelklaus’ doctorate is from Texas A&M, Commerce. Her 30-year career in education includes 9 years as assistant superintendent for instruction in Marshall, TX and 9 years as executive director of the Texas Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.
In 2000 she began working as an executive leadership/personal/spiritual coach in the fields of education, engineering, social services, financial services, real estate, public relations, and city administration, including the cities of Dallas and San Antonio.
In this work she discovered a passion for life coaching, and she did this work for about ten years.
Nancy has written five books, four of which are available through Amazon. Her articles and poetry have appeared in “The American School Board Journal," “The Systems Thinker,” “Leverage," “Austin Business Journal," “Insight," “Women as School Executives: The Complete Picture," and “Texas School Business."
